Landscape Lighting

Path lights, uplights on the live oaks, and a transformer that does not buzz on the porch at 9pm.

Water-wise in San Antonio

Sprinklers that follow
the SAWS rules.

San Antonio runs Stage 2 watering most of the summer — once a week, at your designated time. Get it wrong and you hear about it from the city. Get it right and the lawn looks good without the runoff.

Leo programs your controller around your address, fixes the heads that are wasting water, and runs your annual backflow test so you stay in good standing. He has been doing this since 2007.

Stage 2 watering day

by address

  • 0 / 1  Mon
  • 2 / 3  Tue
  • 4 / 5  Wed
  • 6 / 7  Thu
  • 8 / 9  Fri

5–10 a.m. or 9 p.m.–midnight. Once a week. Drip lines run Mon & Fri.

What we handle

  • Annual backflow test — required by SAWS / City of San Antonio Plumbing Code; we file the form for you.
  • Controller programming — set to your address’s watering day, with rain-sensor logic so it skips when the sky already did the work.
  • Head & valve repair — leaks, geysers, that one head spraying the sidewalk; fixed same-visit when we have the parts.
  • Native-plant beds — sage, lantana, salvia, feather grass. Plants that earn their water.

Watering rules per SAWS Stage 2 drought schedule. Backflow testing required annually under City of San Antonio Chapter 24 / SAWS Cross-Connection Control program.

How it works

Three steps,no hassle

We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.

  1. Walk the property

We come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.

  2. Quote on the spot

You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons.

  3. Same crew, every week

Once we start, the same two-person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched.

The route

Same morning, same neighborhood.

Leo’s home base is right off Broadway in 78209 — Alamo Heights, Olmos Park, Terrell Hills. The inner loop is the densest part of the route, with regulars in Monte Vista, Mahncke Park, King William, and Dignowity Hill, plus a swing out to Schertz, Cibolo, Converse, Boerne, and Helotes most weeks.

If your address is on the route, you get the same crew on the same morning every week. That’s the whole pitch.

In their words

What customers say

Some of the long-time customers who put up with us showing up every week, rain or shine.

Leo replaced two cracked rotor heads and reprogrammed our controller for the Stage 2 watering day. He showed me on the box exactly what he changed. Bill was the number he quoted on the porch.

Been with Leo for nine years. Same morning every week off Broadway. He has trimmed the live oaks, redone the mow strip, and bailed me out on a sprinkler leak the same day I called. Texts back fast.

We had three other companies tell us we needed a whole new irrigation system. Leo found one stuck valve and a chewed wire and charged us for ninety minutes of work. Honest people are hard to find.
